15-6-2010With heavy heart and extreme grief we inform all the viewers the sudden and untimely demise of Shri. U B Choudhry ,DGM WTR.Shri.Choudhry was the DGM of our circle secretary. On the night of 14-15 June he was in touch with the staff to remove technical fault and in the morning around 8 O’Clock he talked to Sh.B.S.Rajput and GM WTR.Few Minutes later Sh.Chaudry had Cardiac Arrest and left behind his family and Colleagues for his heavenly Journey. His family and Colleagues were in state of shock. Every one rushed to the hospital , Doctors declared him “Brought Dead”.
Immediately his family was shifted to his home town Varanasi.After the Postmortem his body was sent to varanasi along with his Son and two officers of WTR.
AIBSNLEA MP Circle prays Almighty to provide his family sufficient strength and courage to over come the crisis due to this irreparable loss and the eternal soul rests in peace.
Shri.Choudry was very hard working officer and till the last minute of his life was dedicated to his official responsibilities. We salute his dedication to work.

15-6-2010 Joint Action Committee of Executives and Non Executives of Madhya Pradesh decide to perform Dharna on 16th June 2010 in front of Circle office in Bhopal and at all the SSA ‘s.The Dharna is to press their 6 demands which were agreed by MOC and are not implemented yet. We appeal to all Circle office bearers, Branch secretaries and members to participate in large number to make the Dharna a success. |

30-4-2010 : The District conference of Gwalior Branch was held on 23-4-2010.The District Conference was attended by Circle president Sh.H.M.Bajpai and CS Sh.B.S.Rajput.In a well organized and largely attended function the new body was elected which is as follows :

19-04-2010 :FLASH NEWS: JAC,MP Circle To meet at 1800 hrs today and will review the preparation for indefinite strike from 6:00 hrs of 20th April 2010. The strike will be peaceful, sit out, massive picketing and lunch hour /closing hour demonstrations have to be conducted at Circle/SSA/Branch levels, no one has to be permitted to enter the work place. Make this strike complete success and truly a historic one. Repeat the feat of July 2007ALL CIRCLE OFFICE BEARERS AND BRANCH SECRATARIES ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE EXTENSIVE PREPARATION FOR INDEFINITE STRIKE W.E.F.20/04/2010 AND MAKE IT A COMPLETE SUCCESS.POSTERS ARE BEING DISPATCHED, PLEASE COLLECT THEM.

We strongly protest the arbitrary recommendations of Sh.Sam pitroda, Committee for BSNL revival and its implementation. We request all Circle office bearers and Branch Secretaries to hold lunch Hour demonstration on Monday 15-3-2010 at 1.30 pm at SSA HQ and make the agitation a grand success.

14-3-2010: SDE’s request transfer list to be released in a Day or Two.

7th March 2010 : CS and ACS meet CGM and discuss request transfer issue of DE’s.
CGM discuss the issue in detail and assured to issue transfer orders on the basis of 1:1 and 3yrs stay policy .The reliever for these transfers were be from the longest stay list as displayed on portal.Orders are likely to be issued on Monday.

6th March ,2010 : Circle Office Bearers Meeting was Very Successful .CGM MP Circle Sh.R.K.P.Hinduja,GM Admin Sh.Prabhash Singh,GM (F) Sh.Verma,PCE Civil Sh.Gupta grace the occasion and gave their valuable time and meet our office bearers. They also took lunch with Circle office Bearers.
Circle office bearers passed number of resolutions for the proposed CHQ Office bearers meeting.COB’s were of the opinion that the most important matter is absorption of ITS,they insists for immediate solving the issue as the viability of BSNL is directly linked with this issue.COB’s approved the proposal given by Circle secretary MP Circle in CWC at Chennai in this regard.
COB’s also passed the resolutions regarding early DE to DGM DPC,DE (Adhoc)DPC,Regularisation of Adhoc STS ,BSNL MSRR’s for C/E/Arch.IDA pension revision,78.2% fitment benefits,Revision of AD OL Pay Scale.
COB’s were very much concern regarding progress of 93 Million GSM Tender,BSNL Marketing policy,CDR project implementation in Bhopal and its short comings at par with day to day working. COB’s were of the opinion that till all the short comings are not meet out it should not be implemented any where in Madhya Pradesh.A list of short comings being faced in CDR was also given to CGM with request not to implement CDR till it is solved.
Regarding Membership verification, COB’s were of the opinion that AIBSNLEA and SNEAI should join hands. COB’s shows their full support to the decision of CHQ in this regard.
Regarding longest stay list uploaded on intranet, COB’s discussed and gave their valuable suggestions.
Some of the circle issues were also discussed and it was decided to discuss these issues in forth coming CEC.
COB’s decide to hold CEC at Indore in the last week of April.

| 15-01- 2010 दिनांक १४ जनवरी को AIBSNLEA एवं SNEAI के Circle सेक्रेटरी ने CGM MP Circle से एक Important बैठक की एवं JTO To SDE promotion,Request Tranfers,E3 To E4 Time bound promotion पर विस्तार से चर्चा की .CGM MP Circle ने बताया की JTO To SDE promotion की DPC जल्द करली जायेगी एवं February के अंतिम सप्ताह या मार्च के पहेले सप्ताह तक promotion list निकाल दी जाएगी . E3 To E4 Time bound promotion DPC का काम तक़रीबन पूरा हो गया है ,Promotion List जनवरी के अंतिम सप्ताह तक निकाल दी जाएगी . Request Tranfers के बारे में CGM ने बताया की Portal पर Request Transfer applications जो प्राप्त हो गई हैं वह डाल दी जाएगी ,इस ही प्रकार Longest Stay की लिस्ट भी Portal पर डालदी जाएगी .Transfer One is to One basis पर किया जायेगा .१० मार्च तक request transfer consider हो जाएगें .Unpopular Station घोषित कर दिए जाएगें एवं यहाँ के applicants का दो साल में Request Transfer Consider कर दिया जाएगा .SNEA के CS चाहते थे की दो साल पूरे होने वाले सब cases consider किये जाए.इस मुद्दे पर काफी चर्चा हुई .बाद में CGM की इस बात पर सब सहमत हुऐ की दो साल करने से Rotation बहुत fast हो जाएगा एवं Unpopular Station का कोई औचित्य नहीं रहेगा . १० मार्च तक transfer orders हो जाएगें एवं २५ मार्च तक सब को Relive कर दिया जाएगा ताकि ३१ मार्च Transfer Date effect न हो.
CGM से बैठक बहुत सौहादपूर्ण वातावरण में हुई एवं सब ही संतुष्ट नज़र आये . |

We request GM (Admin) to complete the DPC of SDE To DE Officiating promotion. In a meeting with CGM, we congratulate him for the successful visit of CMD.We request CGM to consider the request transfer of Lady officers and those who completed 3yrs.in August.CGM assured to look into the matter.

| 19-9-09 :BSNL Corporate Office issued letter for Grant of Productivity Linked Incentive (PLI) to the staff of BSNL for the year 2008-09 . For Executive employees either absorbed in or apponited by BSNL and un-absorbed employees of Group A and B, the incentive will be Rs. 5000. |
| 17-9-09 :Circle President H.M.Bajpai,CS Sh.B.S.Rajput and ACS Parwez Khan were present in the meeting with CMD Shri Kuldeep Goyal. A memorundum of demands was presented to CMD. CMD was very kind enough and discussed the memorandum. We are pleased to inform all our members that CMD was convinced with our demand of providing LKLB facility and Unlimited Broadband facility on service telephone connections.
CMD instructed CGM to forward the proposal for perusal and sanction. |

| We Condemn the language used in the SNEAI MP Circle web site which reads ’ This time SNEA will see to it that no unfair immunity is given to any individual by either of the associations’, we clarify immunity is given as per departmental rules and without pick and choose. We are not in habit to change the rules as per our convenience or to benefit “Beloved”. For us every individual is important, we always support the genuine cases irrespective of Association lines. We never try to take credit of any transfer or posting, because we believe if we succeed in getting the work done.It is due to our unity and the strength of our members. |
| 13-7-09:CS B.S.Rajput and ACS Parwez Khan meet CGM on 10-7-2009 at 4pm to discuss the pending agenda given by our association. Circle President Sh.H.M.Bajpai could not attend the meeting due to official engagement. The first point of the agenda was DPC of PA/PS.We informed CGM that our members are very much concerned about the long pending of the issue. CS informed that he is getting reply of RTI from all the circles, but till date MP Circle even not replied the RTI query. GM Admin assured to complete the DPC within this month. The delay is due to JTO Exam.CGM gave instructions to GM admin to complete the DPC immediately.

| Regarding request transfer cases of comrades who will complete 3yrs.on or before 30th Aug’09, CGM agreed to consider their cases. Both the association agreed that these cases should be considered and reliever may be posted either by considering longest stay or officiating promotion of left out cases of JTO to SDE.CGM asked GM admin to work out the proposal within a week and call a meeting with both the association.
